Requirements and responsibilities
❗ FAVA provides a matching service with other businesses. Therefore, pre-selected candidates will be awaiting acceptance from one of these companies.
🔵 Apply only if:
◽ You are eager to help people, love video editing and content creation, and have a passion for being creative.
◽ You have an excellent eye to identify good vs bad content. You understand the art of editing videos.
◽ You want to be a part of a team that will help you elevate your skills.
◽ You speak good English. It does not have to be advanced, but the better English, the better it is for us.
◽ You speak Spanish (one of the people we hire must speak fluent Spanish)
◽ This is not your first video editing job. We do not need someone super advanced, but we don't want a rookie.
◽ Your internet speed is at least 50 Mbps.
◽ You are coachable and love learning new skills.
◽ You interact great with others, especially your team.
◽ You have big goals and aspirations.
🔵 Starting rate:
◽ Our starting rate is $6.25 p/hr; after the first month, we can increase your salary to $8.13 p/hr based on your monthly performance. Our clients provide bonuses, but the bonuses change depending on each client and the offer.
🔵 Schedule:
◽ You can select your timezone of preference, but the most usual is from 9 am to 5 pm EST from Monday to Friday.
