The Art Director position is responsible for guiding the artistic and aesthetic vision of projects from the concept to the last details, collaborating hand in hand with the DC / Creative Director and the different artists of the team to take projects to the next level. The AD must have a complete artistic, creative domain and aesthetic within the world of advertising, visual effects, animation and an incredible artistic eye for to capture his ideas, creating unique and memorable styles. Their responsibilities include: ⚡ Generate inspiring, conceptual and creative ideas. ⚡ Create visual proposals from brand and project briefs (references in image, video and style boxes to create mood boards) ⚡ Search for visual references that contribute to the guiding concept or idea. ⚡ Creation of visual treatments (visualizations in keynote and .pptx) ⚡ Present artistic concepts and ideas to clients and make recommendations when appropriate. ⚡Lead the art direction of visual content for design, 2D and 3D projects. ⚡Have a keen sense to understand and recognize the client's needs and ideas, taking them to a higher level. ⚡ Ensure final creative is consistent with client strategy and company guidelines. ⚡ Supervise that the artistic direction is aligned during the execution process of a project. ⚡ Brief other members of the creative team and lead creative sessions to communicate the line graphics and aesthetics of the projects. ⚡ Weekly meetings with the director and heads of each department. Additional requirements: ⚡ Perfect command of Photoshop, Illustrator, digital retouching. ⚡ Deep knowledge of Advertising, VFX, animation, motion graphics, 2D and 3D design and experience in design tools. ⚡ Great ability to communicate their ideas visually, both expressing them in a meeting with the client and capture them with style charts and references. ⚡ Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both internally and externally. ⚡ Clear presentation skills to inspire the creative team and present the objectives of the business and creative vision. ⚡ Ability to work with clients, directors, producers and designers. ⚡ Ability to handle multiple projects with fluidity and quality. ⚡ Be constantly updated with cutting-edge styles, technologies, techniques and trends to create innovative and original works. ⚡ Critical eye for detail, composition, color and lighting. ⚡ Positive attitude and enjoy teamwork. ⚡ You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English. It's a plus if you have experience in: ⚡ 3D software (modeling, lighting and rendering) ⚡ Compositing knowledge (After effects / Nuke) ⚡ Colorimetry and color theory. ⚡ Color correction.
