Location: Remote Compensation: $7/hour (USD) + bonus opportunities Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) Type: Full-time, Contractor 1099 Join a high-energy, family-feel roofing company that puts people first—always. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-driven Production Coordinator to join our remote team. If you're great with customers, love keeping things running smoothly, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this might be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do - Help manage our roofing jobs from start to finish. - Communicate with homeowners about schedules, updates, and timelines. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors. - Handle permits, reports, and materials. - Keep our CRM and systems updated and accurate. - Be the bridge between our sales and production teams. - Invoice and collect payments. - Ask for feedback and reviews with a smile. - Make our customers feel confident, cared for, and informed throughout the entire project. What We’re Looking For - Dispatching or scheduling experience (required). - Strong communication skills (Bilingual - Spanish and English is a must). - Organized and detail-oriented—you never miss a follow-up. - Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps, CRMs, and project tools. - Positive attitude and a warm personality. - Able to multitask and work independently.
