MHN was recently recognized as a Great Place to Work in 2025.THE OPPORTUNITY:The Senior Manager, Behavioral Health Partnerships & Programs provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for behavioral health, substance use, and community-based initiatives at a population health level. This role guides the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based programs aimed at improving clinical outcomes, enhancing quality, and controlling costs. The Senior Manager collaborates cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and external partners to advance integrated behavioral health and holistic service delivery, foster strategic partnerships, and contribute to long-term organizational goals through data-driven strategy, actionable analytics, and continuous performance measurement (this role does not provide direct patient care). The individual must be based in Chicago and have the ability to travel as needed.
