You’ll work closely with each organization to uncover their goals, configure our software to highlight its strengths, and deliver tailored demos that demonstrate the value of the BriteCore Platform.You understand Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, approach problems analytically, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence. You bring the perspective and composure to bridge technology, business and customer impact.This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US.What you'll doPartner with Account Executives to understand customer goals, gather requirements and align BriteCore’s capabilities with their needsDesign and deliver customized demos and proposals that tell a clear story of valueCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth through technical insight and solution designShare customer feedback and observations with Product and Engineering to guide future developmentTrain and enable the Sales and Marketing teams on our Platform’s functionality and technical differentiatorsComplete RFI / RFP responses and proof of concept projectsConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot demo and trial environments to ensure a smooth experienceAnalyze customer documentation to identify opportunities and potential gapsRepresent BriteCore as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert during customer meetings and industry eventsUp to 20% of domestic overnight travel is required for this roleWhat you'll bringBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field5+ years of experience as a Presales Engineer working at a B2B SaaS company3+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, supporting a SaaS platformStrong analytical and problem solving abilities with a structured approach to challengesProven experience translating technical information into language that’s easy for non technical audiences to understandExcellent presentation, collaboration and problem solving skillsComfort with system configuration and technical troubleshootingAttention to detail, intellectual curiosity and sound judgmentStrong situational awareness and the ability to adapt your approach based on your audienceBonus points2+ years of experience working as a Python Backend EngineerExperience as a Salesforce administratorLife at BriteCoreWe take pride in our dynamic, diverse team, unified by shared values of community, integrity, grit and impact.
