Foodsmart has supported over 1.8 million members from over 700 health plan, employer and health system clients, with leading strategic and venture investors like Advocate Health, Intermountain Health, Memorial Hermann, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Mayfield Fund and Founder Collective.About the role:Foodsmart is seeking bilingual Registered Dietitians (RDs) who speak fluent Spanish or Vietnamese to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission of Foodsmart Nutrition Network, which is grounded in removing the financial barriers in accessing and affording healthy food. Our Foodsmart RDs leverage Foodsmart's digital platform to provide a broad range of nutrition and health-related consultations, ultimately helping our members stretch their food dollar, eat healthier, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.In this role, you'll have the ability to truly change the lives of the members we serve, many of whom are Medicaid members and from underserved communities. You will tackle the root causes of food and nutrition insecurity. This means that you will provide MNT in multiple capacities, including supporting your patient in accessing and using SNAP benefits, affording and buying groceries digitally on Foodsmart's marketplace, and building healthier eating and shopping habits for life.
