Requirements and responsibilities


Job Description As a Provider Success Educator at Regard, you will be responsible for supporting the education needs for Regard implementation and expansion. Under the supervision of the Provider Success Manager (PSM), the Provider Success Educator (PSE) will coordinate education delivery with PSM and Onboard client clinicians in using Regard. You will be responsible for making sure that the provider understands the functionality and benefits of using Regard, and assisting in finding the best way to incorporate Regard into his/her workflow. The PSE will also report out a summary of each provider session. This will be a 3 month contract position (with potential for extension) with expected work of 4-5 days/wk, however hours and days worked will be variable and ultimately based on business need. This role will require traveling to and working onsite at hospitals (exact sites and locations dependent on business need).About UsOur mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. We want you to join us.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate education delivery with PSMCollaborate with PSM to ensure coverage for all scheduled initial education and shadow sessionsEducation delivery and ensuring supporting materials are printed and availableComplete after session write up in a detailed, organized manner and then posted by the end of each dayProvide input in the creation of eLearning and supporting materialsOnboard client clinicians in using RegardTeach users how to use the application, how to adapt their workflow to effectively utilize Regard and shadow to support adoption of the applicationCollaborate with clinicians and PSM to ensure build, education, and support is aligned with workflowsServe as a provider advocate and escalate potential barriers to adoption to PSM, CSM and Regard product team, as neededIdentify individuals who may need additional supportProvide on-site support, as needed and directed by PSM between education sessionsQualifications2+ years of experience in education, healthcare, software application end user education, or related field requiredRequired to be within an hour from a major airportAble to travel at least 75% of the timeMust have access to transportation to and from client facilities (within 50 miles)Preferred QualificationsExperience as an EHR (Epic or Cerner) Credentialed Trainer or on-site EHR go-live support (ATE) with physiciansUnderstanding of clinician workflows within the EHR in a hospital settingExceptional organizational skillsFamiliarity with adult learners, in-person and virtual trainingSalary Range$50 - $50 an hourWe expect the hourly rate for this position to be $50 an hour or $500/day when assigned a full schedule. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This contract position does not qualify for benefits or equity compensation.
