Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end US recruitment across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering domains. * Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn. * Build strong relationships with clients and candidates. * Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, including W2, C2C, and visa classifications. Who We're Looking For: * 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment. * Solid understanding of US employment types and work authorization categories. * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in B.Tech or a technical field. * Comfortable working on-site in our Noida office. * Available for immediate or short-notice joining.
