Requirements and responsibilities


• Provide solution support to the Extended Services team on complex requirements • Stay current on new product features and tools • Promote best practice configuration and encourage customers and Extended Services Consultants to follow defined processes • Work with managers and configuration team to decide whether customer requirements require configuration team assistance • Recognize and report on situations that could become escalations (product or project related) • Contribute content to knowledge base • Scope and manage complex custom change requests and create customer SOW documents • Takes initiative to resolve blockers • Assist customers in the role of Emburse Solution Administrator, providing all tasks included in the Service Guide, for medium to large sized customers • Balance multiple concurrent projects within set workload expectations.
