We’re passionate about helping candidates grow their careers while supporting our clients with reliable, remote-ready talent that makes an impact from day one.We are hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support a rapidly growing sales pipeline within a U.S.-based landscaping and outdoor products business.This role is sales-driven and revenue-impacting, designed to offload the in-house closer by managing inbound and outbound lead flow, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.You’ll play a key role in converting conversations into opportunities, with a clear path to grow into a full closing role as performance improves.Responsibilities:Conduct cold calling and high-volume outbound prospectingHandle inbound inquiries and follow-upsSend quotes and estimates to prospective clientsSchedule qualified appointments for the closerMaintain consistent communication with leads via phone and emailSupport overall sales pipeline managementConsistently track and follow up with prospectsRequirements2+ years of experience in cold calling and/or outbound salesProven cold calling experience (A must)Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales workflowsC1 or C2 English Proficiency (A must)Strong communication and persuasion skillsComfortable working in a performance-driven environmentAbility to handle rejection and maintain consistencySelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplinedExperience in high-volume outbound sales (insurance, etc.) (Nice to have)Background in insurance or similar industries (Nice to have)Experience learning and handling quoting processes (Nice to have)Ideal Candidate: Strong communicator with excellent phone presenceConfident, persuasive, and sales-drivenResilient and consistent under pressureProactive and highly self-motivatedCoachable with strong growth potentialProfessional, polished, and high-energyMotivated by performance and commissionBenefitsAccess to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.
