Analyze financial performance against forecasts and provide actionable insights.Budgeting and Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Monitor budget adherence and recommend adjustments as necessary.Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and financial trends.Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including content development and strategic partnerships, by conducting thorough financial analyses and risk assessments.Cost Management: Analyze operational costs and identify areas for efficiency improvements without compromising content quality.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure financial practices comply with industry regulations and company policies. Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the media or entertainment industryProficient in financial modeling, PowerBI and advanced Excel skills.Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.Certifications such as CFA is preferred.BenefitsPaid Time offHealth InsuranceOPDTraining & Development
