We’re hiring a Head of GTM Engineering at ColdIQ.This is a founding role. The person who joins shapes what GTM Engineering at ColdIQ looks like at scale.We’re launching a new product to help GTM teams build and run their campaigns using Claude Code and coding agents.You’ll be the first person building it with clients, and eventually leading the function.What you'll do:Lead end-to-end implementation of GTM Operating Systems for early clientsBuild and validate GTM Brains using Claude Code, hands-on alongside clientsDocument what works and build the delivery playbook as you goAs the product matures: lead GTM Engineering as a function, set standards, and hire the teamWork directly with the CEO and leadership to shape the GTM Engineering visionThis role is a fit if you:Have real, demonstrable experience with Claude Code or LLM-based automation (non-negotiable)Know B2B GTM deeply, funnels, outbound, enrichment, CRM, and how systems connect (non-negotiable)Build systems, not decksAre comfortable in client-facing implementations: you can explain what you build and why it worksCan own a complex project from start to finish without hand-holdingBonus if you’ve shipped multi-tool automation pipelines, worked at a GTM agency, or have a track record of systems that moved real pipeline.What you get:A founding role in a new product vertical, real ownership, real impactDirect collaboration with our CEO Michel Lieben 🧠Fully remote, freelance setup with flexible hoursCompensation tied to scope and client outcomes
