Join us and help shape what education looks like for the next generation.About the RoleAs a Brand Designer at Panorama Education, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand identity and visual storytelling as a leading partner to K-12 school districts. Working across the Marketing team, you will craft compelling designs that connect with district leaders and educators and elevate our market presence. Your work and creative expertise will help shape Panorama’s brand perception, ensuring consistency and innovation across various digital, print, and live experiences.In this role, you will translate brand strategy into visual systems and campaign creative that bring our brand to life. You’ll contribute to high-visibility initiatives—from research reports to events and executive presentations—helping ensure every touchpoint feels cohesive and intentional. You’ll balance strong creative instincts with an understanding of audience, message, and business goals.RequirementsConcept, design, and deliver high-impact creative for marketing campaigns across multiple digital and print channels Own end-to-end production for creative deliverables, such as presentations (including thought leadership/event decks, executive-level, customer meetings, and Tier 1 events), gated content, research reports, social media, paid media, print collateral, event visuals, promotional materials, and other campaign assets.Contribute motion design and light animation to campaigns, launches, or key brand moments that deepen storytelling and audience engagementMaintain and refine Panorama’s visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and enabling teams across the company to apply them effectivelyManage and proactively take ownership of multiple design projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standardsCollaborate closely with Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to deliver cohesive design solutions that communicate the value of our brand and products simply and effectivelyUse data-driven insights to iterate on design performance, particularly for social and display assets, optimizing for engagement and effectivenessStay updated on industry trends and proactively suggest new ideas and best practices to create design efficiencies and keep Panorama’s visual brand fresh and relevantExperiment with emerging creative tools like AI to push how our brand shows up across mediums, scale creative output, and build brand systems that support consistency across the organizationWhat We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in design roles, ideally in B2B SaaS marketing or in agency environments A portfolio of previous work that showcases your ability to design cohesive, compelling creative campaigns across channels.
