We are looking for a motivated PMO / Project Coordinator to support enterprise PMO initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with 0–1 year of experience looking to build a career in Project Management.Required Skills:0–1 year of corporate experience (full-time or internship).Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and data accuracy.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.Preferred:Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or other PM tools.Familiarity with PMO methodologies and project management frameworks.Exposure to ATS systems, reporting, and dashboard management.Experience supporting PMO, Operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition functions.Key Responsibilities:Support project tracking, reporting, and PMO documentation.Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting minutes.Assist with project plans, timelines, status reports, and executive presentations.Maintain project dashboards and ensure data integrity.Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other business teams.Support onboarding of new projects and ad hoc PMO initiatives.If you're interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please send your updated resume to Ganapathikumar.m@highbrowtechnology.com.
