At Pixery, people are encouraged to demonstrate originality, courage, curiosity, and inclusion, and every voice is heard.The RoleWe are looking for a Payments & Compliance Manager to own and coordinate Pixery’s global payments ecosystem.This role focuses on managing relationships, coordinating partners, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance, rather than building payment infrastructure. You will work closely with Merchant of Record (MoR) providers, PSPs, payment orchestrators, and alternative payment method partners, ensuring smooth operations as Pixery scales internationally.You will act as the central point of ownership between external partners and internal teams.What you’ll doPayments & Partner ManagementManage relationships with MoR providers, PSPs, payment orchestrators, and local payment partnersCoordinate integrations, rollouts, migrations, and new market launchesServe as Pixery’s main contact point for external payment partnersCommercial Coordination & NegotiationCoordinate and support negotiations on fees, commissions, reserves, and contract termsEnsure Pixery’s commercial interests are well represented as volumes and regions expandPerformance & Issue ManagementTrack high-level payment performance metrics such as approvals, declines, disputes, and payout timelinesCoordinate with partners and internal teams to resolve issues efficientlyCompliance CoordinationAct as the internal owner for payments-related compliance topicsCoordinate AML, KYC, 3DS, PSD2, and regulatory requirements with MoR and PSP partnersWork closely with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance without slowing growthWhat we’re looking forExperience working with payment providers, PSPs, MoRs, fintechs, or similar partnersStrong coordination, communication, and negotiation skillsComfortable managing multiple partners and priorities simultaneouslyOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownershipInterest in payments and compliance without needing deep technical expertiseExcellent command of EnglishThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys serving as a bridge between business, partners, and internal teams.What it’s like to work at PixeryBe part of a passionate, driven team where ideas are valued, and experimentation is encouraged.Work on products used by millions of people around the worldOperate at the intersection of technology, creativity, and global scaleMake a real impact in the mobile video creativity marketWe believe building great products takes a great team.
