The greatest impact the Talent Specialist makes is influencing the hiring strategy leading to the growth and success of our client’s companies.Experience & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred2+ years’ experience in strategic recruiting, hiring, or staffingAbility and experience to handle and/or coordinate 7-10 open req's or projectsProven track record in generating a strong, relevant candidate pipelinePossession of a valid driver’s license, ability to use your own vehicle, proof of automobile insuranceDemonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships, apply critical thinking and out-of-the-box recommendationsTime management skills and tech/ system savviness is a mustSuccess Factors & IndicatorsMatchmaker- identifies the right talent for the right company.
