We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist for a platform that has modern way to organize, cleanse, and update data in multiple platforms all in one place.Requirements:At least 2+ years of Customer Support experience in a software company.Has experience in using chat, zoom, or loom videos.Customer Service oriented.Data SaaS experience will be a plus but not required.Excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Educate and train people on how to use products over chat or video conference.Help customer to solve issues over chat.Understanding the product and being able to explain it.Will directly reports to the CEO.Benefits:EquityMedical, dental, and vision insurance.401K with a 4% company contribution.PTO, sick and unplanned time off, holidays.This is a remote permanent position.
