Client Services Representatives work with our clients to help resolve inquiries.Job ResponsibilitiesResolve client services inquiriesIdentify problems and offer resolutionsRead and interpret client documentsMaintain and further develop existing client relationshipsHandle assigned group of client portfoliosUnderstand and execute departmental procedures, alongside all customized client proceduresMultitask between emails, client databases, SalesForce and Excel spreadsheetsJob RequirementsAbility to handle a large volume of accounts dailyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood time management skillsExperience with administrative and clerical proceduresAble to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as requiredCompensation and BenefitsSalary is $40,000 - $48,000 per year (DOE)Minimal cost to employee for employee health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance coveragePaid Time OffPaid Holidays401(k) planWe look forward to you joining the team!
