As a pivotal member of the sales team, you will be responsible for understanding the unique technical needs of potential clients along with demonstrating how our solutions can address those needs. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver value to our customers and users.Your key responsibilities will includeTechnical Expertise - Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, and stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.Pre-Sales Support - Execute the sales process, collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, providing technical expertise through the sales cycle. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, tailoring content to their needs.Solution Customization - Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their facility management needs. Work with the Product team to communicate client feedback and requirements for future product enhancements.Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive revenue growth and enhance product offerings.What we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth and team-oriented environment.
