Requirements and responsibilities


Jenzabar is looking for a Client Success Manager that has a background in Higher Education and/or Client Service (through Jenzabar or an outside institution or company) with 2+ years of experience. The primary territory would include Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, as well as a few schools in Indiana and Oregon. Ideal candidate would be located in or around Boston, MA or the New England area. The ideal candidate would have a few years of relevant work experience.Essential TasksMaintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfactionAct as a liaison between organization and clientsLeverage data captured in other areas of Jenzabar to personalize and address client’s needs and ROIClient Service training for continuous improvementVisit and/or conduct annual reviews with each client Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with senior level contactsIntegral part of strategizing on accounts with Account Executive & Sales Manager to establish future salesCollects feedback on how products are meeting the needs of the client and identifying how this can be improvedRepresent Jenzabar at related regional conferences within your territoryDeeper level of understanding of our 3rd party relationships and opportunities & positioningVisit clients on campus annuallyLeverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriateApply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversightOther tasks as assignedAbility to travel 50-75%Preferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s DegreeBackground in Higher Education – understand industry Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company specializing in products specific to the Higher Education Space is a plus.Strong communication skills and a positive attitudeThe pay range for this position is $52,000-$70,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
