In this role, you will partner with Trility clients, taking them from "napkin to production." You will listen to their challenges with empathy while using your unique problem-solving skills to discover the right approach and deliver value throughout the engagement.This engagement is centered around a large-scale Microsoft Fabric implementation and modernization initiative. The ideal consultant has successfully delivered production Microsoft Fabric solutions and can immediately contribute to building reusable ETL patterns, migrating critical data domains, and partnering with client engineers to establish long-term platform standards.5+ years building and supporting enterprise data solutions within Microsoft AzureHands-on experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in a production environment is requiredStrong experience building data pipelines, lakehouses, and analytics solutions within Microsoft FabricExperience designing and implementing reusable ETL/ELT frameworks and modern data ingestion patternsExperience implementing Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architectures within Microsoft Fabric OneLake production environmentsStrong data modeling skills, including Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, and Kimball methodologiesExperience designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Fabric lakehouse architectures for scalability, governance, and performanceStrong SQL and T-SQL skills for data transformation, validation, and performance tuningAbility to review and interpret existing R/R Shiny applications to understand business logic and support modernization or migration initiatives; hands-on R development is not requiredHands-on experience developing and orchestrating Spark notebooks and data transformation workloads within Microsoft FabricExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar toolingFamiliarity with DataOps practices, automated testing, and production deployment standards for enterprise data platformsExperience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Azure Synapse, or other Azure data technologies to support broader data platform initiativesExperience integrating data from relational databases, APIs, file-based sources, and enterprise business applicationsAbility to collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsExperience working in agile consulting or professional services environments with a collaborative, coach-and-contribute mindsetEmploys best practices in information security, governance, and operational excellence for cloud-based data environmentsAbility to pair with client engineers, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge transfer while delivering production-quality solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHow We Put You First Trility’s culture is built upon the journey, character, and work ethic of our team members.
