You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our existing product while working directly with support, product lead and clients to understand issues, provide release confidence, and maintain high standards for product delivery. This role requires someone who is a quick learner, independent, and comfortable in a fully remote environment.LocationZact is a global company with multiple locations across US, Europe and India.We provide 100% Remote Working Option.Candidates applying for this role should be located in the North, Central or South America.What You’ll DoTest and validate features of our existing product to ensure high‑quality deliveryAnalyze user stories and requirements to create clear, actionable test casesExecute test plans across functional, regression, and edge‑case scenariosIdentify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure resolutionCommunicate directly with support, product lead, and clients to understand reported issues and provide timely updatesProvide release confidence and validation reports to product leadsCollaborate with remote team members across multiple time zonesIdentify tests and workflows that would benefit from automation and provide input to the automation teamContribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 5 years of proven experience in software testing, QA, or a related roleStrong experience with Postman, Jira, AIO, or equivalent test management toolsAbility to create effective test cases from user stories and requirementsAbility to identify tests that would benefit from automationQuick learner with the ability to work independently and take ownership of product qualityStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlinesLocated in North, Central, or South AmericaNice to HaveBasic understanding of how to trigger automated tests via CI/CD pipelinesExperience working in SaaS, B2B, or customer‑facing productsFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks or scriptingUnderstanding of release management and deployment processesMinimum Education RequirementBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
