Our goal is to empower people to take control of their physical and mental well-being through personalized solutions and expert guidance.The OpportunitySTNDRD is looking for a Director of Marketing / Head of Growth to build and scale our acquisition and marketing engine. You’ll own the strategy and performance behind how millions of people discover and engage with STNDRD. This role combines performance marketing, creative leadership, and brand strategy. You will lead the systems, team, and experimentation required to scale user acquisition while maintaining a strong and authentic brand.
