Join us at Signal!INFORCE POLICY SPECIALISTAs an Inforce Policy Specialist, you would join a team that has pioneered the industry’s first Inforce Data management offering, 1-Click Annual Reviews, a convenient, automated, solution for agents to manage their client's annuities. The core responsibilities for this role are assisting our agents with a wide range of tasks, such as acquiring values and forms, addressing policy-related inquiries, and supporting servicing requests such as withdrawals or changes. You would play a pivotal role in helping agents move their current clients to Signal Advisors, providing support for their past sales.WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DONavigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviewsAssist producers with ad hoc policy information requestsGather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual ReviewsData analysis and management of In Force DataWork with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our FirmsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN TEAM MEMBERS🎨 GeneralistThings move fast here - we’re looking for someone that is able to learn quickly on the spot and isn’t afraid to dive into a new topic.💪 ExecuterWe’re currently building out many new initiatives and programs.
