About the Role: As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator full-time (typically 8am-5pm ET schedule, with flex to occasionally offer coverage for a 6am-3pm schedule when needed) to manage client and provider rescheduling needs, which helps optimize the utilization of our clinician availability. The Scheduling Coordinator will ensure accurate usage of billable and non-billable codes, identify trends with clinician and family cancellations, and optimize meeting the medical recommendation of service hours through proactive rescheduling. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and confident in navigating time-sensitive conversations with current families and clinicians to ensure the continuity of client care through same day and future rescheduling across multiple locations.ResponsibilitiesInput client and staff scheduling changes with high attention to detail to ensure data integrityOversee staffing substitutions, enabling clinicians to cover open staffing needs upon call-outs, and arranging for timely replacement of clinicians where appropriateAssist with same-day call-out processes as needed to ensure coverage and minimize service disruptions.
