Requirements and responsibilities

We are a growing real estate property management firm based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, managing a portfolio of approximately 105 residential units split across four corporate entities as well as an RV and mobile home park, Salt Missions Park. We utilize TenantCloud and QuickBooks Online for our core infrastructure. As we scale, we are adding an experienced, growth-oriented Hybrid VA to help us introduce industry best practices, standardize our systems, and manage a clean financial backbone. As our unit count and tenant activity increase, so does the volume of daily tasks. Proactive expansion now ensures our local team has the time and space to be effective, avoid burnout, and focus on tenant experience, property performance, and professional growth in the long run. This is a specialized, full-time position. Your time will be allocated to three strategic columns: - Full-Charge Multi-Entity Bookkeeping (50% / 20 hours). - Facebook Marketing and Communication (25% / 10 hours). - Growth Operations and System Building (25% / 10 hours). You will work alongside an existing remote assistant and our local property manager, focusing on excellent customer support, bookkeeping, and helping our company grow.
