The organization is in an active phase of strategic growth and expansion and is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its President and CEO.About the RoleThis is a high-trust, high-autonomy support role for a fast-moving executive whose calendar spans multiple cities each week. You will own complex calendar and travel management, keep communications moving, and handle a mix of professional and personal logistics. You will operate proactively, stay several steps ahead, and close loops without being asked.ResponsibilitiesManage a complex, multi-city calendar across professional and personal obligationsCoordinate domestic travel end-to-end, including accommodations, itineraries, and regional contactsManage board-related travel and meeting logistics on a recurring monthly basisDraft and manage executive correspondence, calibrating tone for board members, partners, regulators, and internal staffServe as a trusted point of coordination for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a list of priority contacts and arrange key engagements such as dinners and lunches with constituentsTrack action items, deadlines, and follow-ups in close coordination with the Chief of StaffSupport bookkeeping functions including expense reimbursement and select private holdingsCoordinate personal and household logistics as neededMaintain a high standard of discretion across all matters, professional and personalLocationRemote role with preference for candidates based in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida due to close proximity to HQ.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years of experience in complex administrative support, with direct experience supporting a C-suite or senior executiveAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExceptional calendar and travel management skills in a fast-paced, multi-priority environmentClear, polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences including board members, executives, regulators, and external partnersHigh degree of discretion and confidentialityProactive, self-directed working style with the ability to anticipate needs and execute without repeated directionSound judgment and executive-level presencePreferredBackground in financial services, banking, or a similarly regulated industryFamiliarity with bookkeeping or expense management for both corporate and private holdingsExperience supporting a principal with both professional and personal logisticsBenefitsBase salary range: $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) retirement plan eligibilityAccess to ongoing training and certifications
