We are innovative and nimble to constant changes in the marketing landscape, driving key business results for the organization.About the RoleThe Senior Performance Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving pipeline growth by bridging marketing and operations to develop and execute data-driven campaigns across PPC, Social, Display, and Video Advertising Platforms. This role emphasizes uncovering new growth opportunities to enhance campaign performance and profitability.Key responsibilities include launching and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google, YouTube, 6Sense, Bing, OpenAI, Meta and others that come available. The candidate will ensure scalability, maximize ROI, and follow best practices in campaign setup and structure with the ability to leverage AI in support of your responsibilities.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance marketing and channel management and be eager to expand their responsibilities within the Go-To-Market organization for a more integrated approach to driving growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape our performance marketing strategy as we accelerate our growth trajectory, with meaningful autonomy over channel strategy and budget allocation within your portfolio.Location: Remote within the USYour Daily Adventures Will IncludeLead cross-functional partnership between Marketing and Operations to develop audience strategy, segmentation, and scalable performance marketing programs.
