About the Role This role owns how we tell that story. You will be the driving force behind how we package and launch our solutions, acting as the strategic glue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and our Reliability Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This is a startup. Priorities shift rapidly, resources are lean, and the playbook is still being written. Vacation bonus Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning Lead GTM strategy for MultiSensor AI's packaged solutions across priority use cases within selected industries Own external positioning, messaging, and narrative for our reliability software platform, keeping it consistent across the website, campaigns, sales decks, webinars, partners, and analyst/PR engagements Define ideal customer profiles, buying groups, and use-case framing that reflect how enterprise reliability, maintenance, and operations teams talk about their assets and problems Partner with Product Management on launch planning, GTM readiness, sales enablement and what's safe to market Act as the primary source of truth for sales and marketing enablement on product value: interactive demos, playbooks, one-pagers, discovery guides, competitive battlecards, ROI narratives, and PoV/expansion motion assets Lead launch planning and execution for new solutions, features, and use cases, orchestrating cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption Run ongoing market, customer, and competitive analysis across predictive maintenance, industrial IoT, and reliability platforms to refine positioning and influence roadmap priorities Translate intelligence from reliability leaders and GTM teams to inform campaigns, PoV kits, sales motions, and expansion plays Campaigns and content Own campaign strategy by defining target segments, offers, and messaging for ABM, webinars, promotions, and expansion plays, then turning these into clear briefs and calendars for the team to execute against Work closely with our Content and Communications Manager to ensure content strategy, editorial priorities, and output align with active campaign plans, product messaging, and the buyer journey Coordinate with our Programs Manager running paid ads and events on strategy, campaign timing, and tradeshow follow-up, ensuring what gets activated in market is grounded in the right positioning and audience framing Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns map to account plans, opportunity stages, and expansion plays, and that follow-up sequences and enablement are in place before launch Use funnel and campaign performance data to refine messaging, offers, and channel mix, and to prioritize where to invest for pipeline and ARR impact Customer marketing, PR, and advocacy Partner with our PR agency to turn flagship deployments, proof of value outcomes, and platform milestones into stories, thought-leadership angles, and speaking opportunities that reinforce our reliability and authority Build a lightweight, scalable customer advocacy motion (advocate pipeline, reference pool, reviews program, spotlight content) that feeds PR, demand gen, and sales enablement with fresh proof points Manage review-site presence (G2, Verdantix) by packaging customer results and narratives into assets that strengthen category position and trust Work with Sales and our SMEs to identify and nurture customer advocates willing to participate in case studies, testimonials, awards, reference calls, and events Define the Customer Align with Product Empower Sales Analyze the Market Key Requirements C1 English proficiency in verbal and written communication. +10 years of experience in B2B Software as a Service. +3 years of experience in startup environment Proven experience in demand gen collaboration Sales Enablement Mastery AI Fluency Storytelling Systems Thinking Comfort in Ambiguity Working conditions Job schedule: Monday to Friday Full-time Why Join Us?
