Job SummaryResponsible for providing technical support, system configuration, integration, change management, and overall application management related to Air Methods’ IT Applications. Assist in designing, coding (such as scripting), testing, debugging, and documenting applications. Familiar with relational databases and client-server conceptsEssential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:Application administrator duties for Air Methods' IT ApplicationsParticipate in hands on testing (manual and automated), bug reporting on in-house developed and integrated vendor applicationsAssist in troubleshooting and resolution of software bugsPerform application releases to production environment following change management procedureCreate reports and write queries in support of business teamsManage, triage and prioritize incoming user support requests, including operational issues, technical defects, data problems, and data reporting issuesOther duties as assignedAdditional Job RequirementsRegular scheduled attendanceIndicate the percentage of time spent traveling - 0%Subject to applicable laws and Air Method’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. In accordance with applicable laws, Air Methods will provide reasonable accommodations that do not create an undue burden so disabled employees may perform the essential functions of the position.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience5 years’ experience in a technical support role2 years of experience in iPaaS workflow automation technology (such as Boomi, Workato, Power Automate, Informatica, others)Knowledge of trends and developments in the fields of data management, workflow automation and software data integrationExperience with test automation a plusExperience with Coupa, RAMCO, Flight Vector, Complete Flight, Visual ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics SL a plusSkillsProactive, self-starter with proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and proceduresAbility to collaborate, communicate effectively and exercise independent judgment in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills (technical writing & documentation)Solid analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience applying Agile methodologyData analysisExcellent customer service skills (Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees)Computer SkillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with SSRS, SSISStrong SQL skills.
