We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant with strong expertise in D365 Commerce, Finance & Operations, CRM/Customer Engagement, omnichannel retail, and Shopify integration.Key Responsibilities:Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.Design end-to-end omnichannel commerce and eCommerce solutions.Lead Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations.Work across D365 Finance & Operations and CRM/Customer Engagement.Design and support Shopify–Dynamics 365 integrations.Define solutions for pricing, promotions, order management, inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience.Create solution blueprints, process flows, and functional design documents.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams.Present solution recommendations and provide client-facing consulting.Must-Have Skills:10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics consulting experience.Strong D365 Commerce implementation experience.Strong D365 Finance & Operations functional expertise.Experience with D365 CRM / Customer Engagement.Hands-on Shopify / Shopify Plus integration experience.Retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel experience.Power Platform, Dataverse, Dual Write, and DMF.Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and REST APIs.Strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:Microsoft Dynamics 365 certificationsPower BIRetail / Consumer Goods experienceGlobal implementationsMicrosoft FastTrack experience📩 Interested candidates: Please share your updated resume or reach out to discuss the opportunity.
