Requirements and responsibilities

Apogee has an opportunity for a Technical Consultant specializing in Finance Support to provide contractor site reachback for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). This position provides financial management expertise for studies and analysis tasks, manpower analysis, and acquisition support.This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management Support:Provide financial management expertise for acquisition planningDevelop cost estimates for programs and acquisition strategiesSupport budget analysis and financial planningAssist in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) developmentManpower Analysis:Conduct manpower analysis and cost modelingDevelop financial estimates for manpower requirementsSupport resource allocation analysisPrepare cost comparisons and trade-off analysesStudies & Analysis:Execute financial and cost-related S&A tasksConduct cost-benefit analysesSupport business case developmentPrepare financial reports and documentationAcquisition Support:Support acquisition planning with cost analysisMaintain financial data and tracking systemsAssist in cost estimate development for contractsReview financial aspects of proposals and modificationsQualificationsMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearanceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldYears of Experience: 7 years of DoD financial management experienceAdditional experience:Knowledge of DoD financial management systems and processesExperience with cost estimating and financial analysisUnderstanding of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processProficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling toolsStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication and documentation skillsPreferred Experience:Education: Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldYears of Experience: 5 years of DoD financial management experienceAdditional Information:Location: Contractor Site (National - Remote)Remote: This is a full-time remote positionTravel: Travel up to 15% may be required, per the customer's discretion
