We are actively recruiting an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to facilitate Agile ceremonies, lead cross-functional release coordination, and drive continuous delivery improvements across distributed teams!Role OverviewPosition: Scrum Master / Agile Delivery LeadLocation: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere)Experience: 5 – 8 YearsCompensation: ₹80,000 / MonthEngagement: ContractualKey ResponsibilitiesAgile Facilitation: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while eliminating team blockers and impediments.Release & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate sprint releases across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams; track deployment readiness and rollback plans.Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, manage dependencies, and track delivery milestones.Team Coaching & Maturity: Coach engineering teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and self-organization.Metrics & Reporting: Monitor delivery velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and Agile metrics to drive continuous process improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent.Strong command over Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and the SDLC.Hands-on proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitHub, or ServiceNow.Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release readiness, and deployment risk mitigation.Nice to have: Knowledge of SAFe/Lean Agile frameworks, Agile transformations, or PMP/PMI-ACP certifications.
