Responsibilities
ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in Ukraine.This is a business-critical enterprise integration project aimed at implementing a complex digital platform in a regulated environment. The project includes requirements analysis, solution design, integrations, testing, deployment, and Go-Live activities. Success relies on effective project governance, stakeholder alignment, scope management, and proactive risk and dependency tracking.REQUIREMENTSAt least 3-5 years of Project Management experienceExperience managing software development projectsUnderstanding of fixed-price delivery modelsStrong planning and coordination skillsExperience with JiraStakeholder management and status reportingAbility to independently manage project workstreamsExperience working with Ukrainian stakeholders and in a regulated environment is a plusFluent EnglishRESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate day-to-day project delivery and workstreamsMaintain project plans, schedules, and Jira boardsMonitor progress, milestones, and deliverablesPrepare status reports and support project governanceManage scope, changes, risks, and dependenciesCoordinate communication between business and technical stakeholdersEscalate blockers and delivery issues when necessarySupport testing, UAT, release readiness, and Go-Live activitiesWHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKSClose cooperation with a customerChallenging tasksCompetence developmentTeam of professionalsDynamic environment with low level of bureaucracyELEKS is a custom software development company.
