We’re #hiring an OTA Manager to own the performance of 800+ vacation rentals across Big Bear Lake, California and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for an award-winning vacation rental management company with more than 30 years of industry experience.We’re specifically looking for exceptional talent based in #LATAM.This isn’t a coordinator role. This isn’t guest messaging. This isn’t updating listings every now and then.We’re looking for someone who understands how Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking actually work and knows how to improve visibility, conversion, occupancy, and revenue.You’ll own:Listing optimization across all major OTA channelsRanking, conversion, and booking performanceRate and calendar integrity through StreamlineGuest review strategy and reputation managementResolution Center cases and OTA disputesChannel reporting, insights, and recommendationsWorking directly with Marketing and Revenue Management to influence strategy not just execute itThe right person is the one who notices problems before anyone else does. The one who spots an outdated photo, a pricing mismatch, a broken sync, or a slipping ranking and fixes it before it costs bookings.If you’ve managed Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Guesty, Hostaway, Streamline, or similar platforms at scale, we’d love to hear from you.📍 Remote (LATAM)🌎 Open to candidates across Latin America🗣️ Strong written English required (Spanish is a plus)
