About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Virtual Recruiter based in Colombia to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across different industries. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring an exceptional hiring experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about identifying top talent. Experience using AI recruiting tools and modern sourcing techniques is highly valued. Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding - Post job openings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms - Source and engage qualified candidates using various recruitment channels - Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and virtual interviews - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients - Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or CRM - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics - Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment efficiency - Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements - Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role - Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously - Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills - Excellent English communication (written and verbal) - Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to improve recruiting workflows - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Must be based in Colombia Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies Hospitality, healthcare, or corporate recruiting experience Experience managing high-volume recruitment projects Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting
