A media brand best known for its deal-finding content, product reviews, shopping guides, and influencer-driven recommendations is hiring a full-time, remote Senior Social Content Producer.This role is built for someone with a strong background in social media growth and content strategy within consumer niches like fashion, beauty, or wellness, overseeing high-volume content production while directly driving revenue through social platforms.You'll develop and manage the content calendar and campaign themes, shape the content mix across topics, formats, and posting strategies, and coordinate with editors, systems, and tools to keep output consistent and high-quality.You'll also optimize top-performing content, test new ideas to boost engagement and revenue, and track weekly metrics to keep strategy tied to real performance.The ideal candidate brings 5 to 8+ years managing and scaling social accounts in fashion, beauty, or wellness, with a portfolio showing real growth metrics, and is comfortable directing teams or vendors in a high-volume environment.Strategic thinking matters here, but so does hands-on execution — and candidates should be willing to complete a paid work sample and live working session.
