The candidate we bring aboard in this role will be responsible for project and workstream management, research and data analysis, document creation, and contributing insights to help our clients design and implement strategic initiatives at their respective districts and organizations.You will be a great fit for this role if you have 5 - 7 years of work experience; strong analytics, information presentation, and document creation abilities; facilitation skills and comfort with public speaking; knowledge of the K-12 education landscape; and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We anticipate various opportunities for consultants to grow in their expertise and skills in support of our clients and in partnership with their ILO Group teammates.OpportunityThis person must demonstrate the ability to:Support the execution of projects, which includes supporting work plans, managing project timelines, and contributing significantly to high-quality project execution to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective solutions to our clients’ challengesPartner with Project Leads on project decision-making through quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends and insights, with curiosity and a keen attention to detailDemonstrate clear writing, both in presentations and documents, and craft communication tailored to the intended audienceDesign and draft high-quality presentations, reports, and communications and refine with senior team membersContribute to the facilitation of presentations and stakeholder engagement as needed with respect to project scopesDevelop and coordinate meetings and events ranging from those designed to provide leadership coaching support to coordinating across various client business units to support initiative implementationLeverage acumen to engage in knowledge sharing with internal and external stakeholders, including providing qualified guidance in response to client needsSupport clients by bringing a problem-solving, strategic mindset and by developing high-quality materials, tools, and resources rooted in research and best practicesParticipate as an active partner in client conversations, share insights, take notes, and follow through on the next stepsServe as a contributing member of the ILO Group teamJob TypeWe are currently seeking individuals who are interested in full-time opportunities.Location and TravelWe are a virtual organization, and this is a remote position.
