We’re Hiring: Healthcare SaaS QA SpecialistMedinex Australia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare SaaS QA Specialist to join our growing team.Medinex is an Australian healthcare technology company developing an all-in-one operations platform for NDIS, SIL, Home Care, Community Care and Aged Care providers.In this role, you will continuously test the Medinex platform, identify defects, validate new features and help ensure that our users receive a reliable, intuitive and high-quality experience.Key responsibilities include:End-to-end manual testing of web and mobile applicationsTesting participant, employee and rostering workflowsValidating NDIS billing, invoicing and payroll processesTesting compliance, incident management and clinical documentation featuresCreating clear bug reports with screenshots and reproduction stepsVerifying fixes and conducting regression testingTesting user roles, permissions and real-world provider scenariosIdentifying usability issues and recommending product improvementsWorking closely with developers and the Medinex product teamWe’re looking for someone with:Strong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExperience testing SaaS, CRM or web-based applicationsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to document and communicate software issues clearlyA proactive approach to product quality and continuous improvementKnowledge of NDIS, healthcare, aged care or disability support systems is highly desirableThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing Australian healthcare SaaS company and help shape a platform designed to support modern care providers.
