The role involves building, implementing, and supporting changes within the ACII Classroom environment, as well as providing support to MOD's own support staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in SCCM, Wintel, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and more. This is a full-time position that requires security clearance and a minimum of 5 years of residency in the UK. Responsibilities: - Building, implementing, and supporting changes within the ACII Classroom environment - Providing support to MOD's own support staff - Performing 2nd line activities with the opportunity for some 1st line - Supporting radio training, Virtual Battlefield Simulation, and generic classrooms
