The company is based in Toronto, and the majority of our clients are hiring across North America. We're looking for an experienced recruiter to help interview candidates for a variety of positions. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours. As an experienced recruiter, you will conduct short screening calls with candidates over live video, create a friendly and warm experience for candidates, ask a series of questions that relate to the job, and take notes and rate the candidate on their answers and other criteria. If you are a natural people person, a great communicator, reliable, responsible, punctual, and extremely proficient with technology, we'd love to hear from you!
