OLAPLEX is seeking a passionate, driven, and collaborative Director to join our Strategy, Analytics & Insights (SA&I) team. The Director will lead insights and analytics, drive strategic initiatives, and manage high-profile projects to grow the business and better serve consumers and stylists. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as experience in strategy consulting and consumer industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer brand and customer metrics, experience in market research and data analytics, and a passion for the beauty industry. Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic projects and problem-solving initiatives
- Manage and guide the SA&I team in answering critical questions around the beauty market, Olaplexâs business, and customers
- Design and run quantitative and qualitative research on consumers and stylists
- Conduct and communicate beauty market research on innovation opportunities and international market expansion
- Collaborate with senior OLAPLEX leadership, cross-functional partners, and external partners to deliver necessary insights
