We’re looking for a proactive individual to call and follow up with contacts from our real estate CRM (10,000+ leads). 📲 Your job: qualify leads and book appointments — no closing required. ✅ Must-have requirements: * Fluent in Spanish and English. * Experience using CRM systems. * Excellent communication skills. * Comfortable making 50 to 100 calls per day. * Reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet work environment. * Experience in sales or real estate (preferred).
