Your Main Responsibilities: * ☎️ Cold call and follow up with potential clients in English. * 💬 Reach out to existing and past customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals. * 📲 Post and engage on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) using our templates and content ideas. * 🧹 Communicate with cleaning staff in Spanish — help resolve scheduling or on-site issues. * 💁‍♀️ Handle customer support in English — respond to messages, confirm bookings, and solve small issues with empathy. You’re a Great Fit If You: * Speak fluent English and conversational or native Spanish. * Are confident on the phone and comfortable selling or following up. * Have strong communication and organizational skills. * Are proactive, resourceful, and enjoy helping others. * Have experience in customer service, operations, or virtual assistance.
