We work with community oncology sites, patients, and industry partners to ensure that clinical research is accessible, navigable, and inclusive.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the financial budgeting and forecasting processDevelop and administer company revenue cycle management, including invoicing and payment processesPrepare financial performance and P&L updates for senior management and Board of DirectorsAnalyze and track all important financial performance metrics- profitability, margins, cash flow, cogs, operating expenses etc.Performing financial scenario analysis to support senior management's strategic decision makingPerform variance analysis and identify key causes of business variances for performance measurementAssist in preparing proforma analyses and business cases for investments to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.Your QualificationsEducation - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related business major is required. An MBA is preferred but not required.Experience – Minimum of 4 - 7 years of financial and analytical experience, preferably in pharmaceutical clinical trials, biotech, healthcare research, or healthtech environment.Intellectual curiosity to solve business problems and understand root causes of business performanceWillingness to get hands on with A/R, invoicing, revenue cycle management processes, including tracking invoices, payments, and managing questions about payments.Strong leadership and organizational skills and an ability to work collaboratively or independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skillsStrong hands-on skills in pulling data, building financial models, and evaluating financial results is a requirementPreferable system experience includes MS Excel, Google Sheets, NetSuite, Monday.comOur Core Values1.
