Responsibilities

This is an on-site position, the candidate should be located in Medellín. Qualifications: • ~1-year experience in website maintenance and/or website development courses. • HTML5/CSS3 basic to intermediate knowledge required. • Experience with using Bootstrap preferred. • Beginner JavaScript and jQuery knowledge required. • Experience connecting to a website FTP required. • Experience with using WordPress as a CMS required. • Experience developing custom WordPress themes is a plus. • Experience setting up HubSpot templates is a plus. • A self-starter who is always looking to learn new web technologies and best practices. • Organization and the ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities. Responsibilities: • Act as the webmaster for existing websites. - Monthly site backups. - Monthly update of plugins. - Website changes and updates. • Assist the Website Development team with website projects by creating pages, posting content, handling minor development components, and taking sites over the finish line. • Assist with website QA and testing prior to site launches. • Assist with the implementation of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tests. • Learn internal platforms to handle smaller development requests and then, eventually, site creations. • Assist with the purchase of domains and updating DNS records where needed. • Code out HTML landing page templates as needed. • Work with various website hosting companies for support and troubleshooting issues. • Strong communication with project managers and Website Development managers to ensure that work is completed on time and accurately. Note: After the trial period (2 months) the candidate will have an indefinite contract with all the social benefits.
