We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support Grain's fulfillment operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Fulfillment and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of fulfilment operations.This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced food industry and contribute to the success of the company. Responsibilities: - Assist the Head of Fulfillment and team members in executing daily operational tasks related to packing, dispatching, and delivery of orders. - Support the implementation and utilisation of digital checklists, dashboards, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with the Fulfillment Team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining quality standards. - Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels for smooth operations. - Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment operations. - Work with the customer service team to address any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Utilise data and analytics tools to gather insights on operational performance and identify areas for improvement. - Assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal standards. - Support cross-functional projects and initiatives related to fulfillment operations as assigned.
