Responsibilities:
* Join scheduled video calls on time.
* Understand the customer’s needs and explain our service clearly.
* Record call outcomes and basic lead details.
* Ask for the sale or set the next step.
* Do brief follow-ups when needed.
Must-haves:
* Native or near-native Spanish.
* Basic to intermediate English.
* Comfortable on camera, friendly, and a clear communicator.
* Reliable internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet space.
* Punctual and organized.
Nice to have:
* Customer support or consultative sales experience.
* Familiarity with Zoom/Google Meet, Calendly, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
Compensation:
* USD 3 per call handled (10–15 minutes each).
* USD 30 per sale/conversion.
* Training and a simple script provided.
* Strong performers get more hours and growth opportunities.
Contract type:
Independent contractor, remote.
Location:
Latin America. Some overlap with U.S. hours is helpful.
Languages:
Spanish required. English preferred.
