Responsibilities:
🔵 Lead consulting projects on operations strategy issues.
🔵 Analysis of complex problems and design of solutions that involve the implementation of strategies on topics such as sales planning and operations S&OP, strategy and transformation
business model, revenue growth management, zero-based performance (ZBP), distribution network optimization, supply chain control tower, management and control of inventory, supply chain (warehouse, inventories, logistics, networks, and distribution centers), planning demand).
🔵 Design and implementation of operational solutions.
🔵 Responsible for project management and resource administration.
🔵 Responsible for the relationship with the client during and after project execution.
🔵 Development of people in the group.
🔵 Development of knowledge, tools, and solutions to support the group's growth.
🔵 S&OP, strategy and business model transformation, revenue growth management, zero-based performance (zbp), distribution network optimization, supply chain control tower, inventory management, and control, supply chain (warehouse, inventories, logistics, networks, and distribution centers, demand planning).
Areas of experience:
âś… Minimum 4 years in consulting or industry with experience in Sintec solutions.
âś… Experience as an area manager and/or internal consultant for large or medium to large companies.
âś… Having led teams, projects, and customer relations in multiple markets/offices.
âś… Having recruited staff and formed high-performance teams.
âś… Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio, Project).
âś… Be located in or willing to relocate to Monterrey.
✅ Availability to travel between Colombia, México, and Chile.
Academic training:
âś… Master's degree completed (highly desirable) in administration, industrial engineering, business, marketing, or related graduate degrees, preferably with studies abroad, preferred
MBA or related.
âś… Professional studies in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering,
economics, mechatronics, actuary, mathematics, computer systems engineering, or related.
Main Responsibilities:
🔵 Execution of project: Lead the correct execution to achieve the deliverables and manage the project's resources in the activities' times and assignments.
🔵 Customer relationship management: lead the commercial relationship for a group of clients determined jointly with the partners, maximizing customer satisfaction and building a long-term bond.
🔵 Preparation of commercial proposals: participate in the preparation, quoting, and presentation of commercial proposals for projects, offering profitable solutions that ensure the growth of the firm.
🔵 Talent development and management: Define the skills and knowledge required, recruit
the appropriate profile, and assess the existing gaps.
🔵 Make effective and timely decisions regarding high and low performance.
