Position Overview: We're looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) Property Manager Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, communicative, and eager to work in a dynamic environment. You'll handle key administrative and communication tasks that keep our property management processes running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Support property management operations and assist with tenant coordination. - Draft and respond to emails, messages, and documentation in English and Spanish. - Organize and update records, schedules, and internal systems. -Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative follow-ups. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and tenants as needed. - Collaborate with internal team members to maintain smooth daily operations. Qualifications: - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written). - Strong written communication and organizational skills. - Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative. - Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management skills. - Comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Nice-to-Haves: - Previous experience in property management or real estate admin support. - Familiarity with Rent Manager or other property management software. - Prior experience working with remote, US-based teams.
